Amy has approximately 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry.
Vice President of Finance
Bill joined Rock Companies in 2016 as Vice President – Finance. He has more than 23 years of experience in finance, accounting and real estate development at both large public and private companies.
Most recently, Bill worked for a downtown Detroit development company. He served a main role on the project team accumulating land, securing financing and building the City’s new hockey arena.
At Rock Companies, Bill oversees the finance and accounting functions, which include financial reporting, budgeting, construction accounting, financing and management of property accounting staff members.
Bill is a registered CPA in the State of Michigan. He is a proud double graduate of the University of Michigan, earning both his BBA in Accounting and MBA in Finance from the Ross School of Business.
An active member in his hometown, Bill serves as Treasurer of both the Grosse Pointe Farms-City Little League baseball program and the Dugout Club at Grosse Pointe South High School. He also coaches baseball and basketball.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Laura has over 25 years of Real Estate industry and Property Management experience.
A graduate of Indiana University, Laura joined Rock Management in 2016, as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Laura started her career in Luxury and Tax Credit Senior Living Sales, Marketing, Training, Operations and Management. She has held positions in both Operations and Marketing as a Regional Vice President, successfully leading the start up management and leasing of numerous communities from construction to full operation. Over the past 10 years, Laura has focused her leadership skills in conventional multi-family marketing, sales, training and management. Laura has significant experience and expertise working through, receiverships and quick property turnaround delivering key results including lease up of market rate, luxury and student housing properties. Laura holds designation as a CPM (Certified Property Manager) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
